Inclusive Practice Module @ Falmouth University
Inspired by the Inclusive Practice MA developed by mentor Alice Fox at the University of Brighton, I have worked with Falmouth University through Co-Motion CIC to establish an Inclusive Practice module (2024–present).
Now in its second year, the module delivers monthly workshops grounded in radical pedagogical approaches. The programme centres the knowledge and creative leadership of artists with learning disabilities, actively advocating for their representation within academic and university spaces.
Through collaborative, co-produced and co-designed projects, students develop essential skills in inclusive art practice, including collaboration, workshop facilitation, co-production, and working with artists from diverse backgrounds. The module foregrounds creative technologies as tools for shared authorship, challenging traditional hierarchies of learning and authorship within higher education.
